Even though that unit is nearer to the MRT station & central with a unblocked view.

As much as i do not want to get a tube dress as my wedding gown.
I only look good in those.

I took a risk in my evening gown.
10 years down the road, i will either be known as "Mich The Fashion Risk Taker" or "Mich The Clown".

Be patience and wait till December

One of the best choice I made so far was to have the wedding on 2 different dates.
Waking up at 4.30am is not joke.

How can I possibly smile and look radiant at night with so little sleep??
How can I possibly enjoy every moment of it when my brain is yearning for more sleep?

So to whoever think having the wedding on 2 different dates are tiring
Siao! Having it on 1 day is even worse.

Think about it.
Who can have a drink with friends and relax at night after a day time of chaos?
Who can not rush around from point A to point B in order to catch as much sleep as possible & not be late for your wedding dinner?

Well…. I can! =)

And to whoever think having the wedding on 2 different dates are too much work.
Siao x 2! Everything is already fixed in advance. What work?
You can wake up at 2pm and nobody care.

And that's what I plan to do.

It's not that we hate you or we think you will give miserable ang bao/gifts. We will very much like to keep it small... Although having 36 people is hardly consider small. We just do not want to invite the whole kampong as well, if you know what I mean.

R.O.M gown

Yupz. I did that today with my mum.
After not much selection since I already know what i am looking for.
It's something lady, simple and short.
Too bad I can't find anything with colour that I like... so I have to stick with white.

Can't show you the dress coz it will spoilt the surprise! ha
But i can cut and paste a few pictures so you can use your imagination to put them together =)

Off-white sleeveless dress with sweetheart neckline, tied back, panel full circle hem with lace detailed at the both pleats, hits mid thigh & golden sash.

The last pic looks something like that but it's see through.
You can have a clear view of my back. hahahaha

Can totally understand why girls are so stressed over the gown now.
Even now after I choose it knowing I look great in it.
I am still not quite sure that's the best for me.

Planning a wedding

Touchy issues like how many tables, how much to bao, Jie Mei's ang bao...!!!
Yes... i know now when people tell me "Wedding is nothing romantic."

2) We will be registering tmr at 12a.m. for the date.
3) We are sorting out the invitation cards.

Where we are holding our dinner with a sumptuous spread of Szechuan and Cantonese delicacies.

I didn't said this myself.

Look at the awards they have won up till today.

Look how updated it is! 2008 lor.

Not like some places who won something back in the 1980s and still put it up.

Let's take a look how the interior looks like.

It's seriously quite nice. Very modern and non-retro feels.
But then again, retro feel will be quite cool as well.
White table cloth, metal handle chairs and waiterness in qin pao.

*wondering off*

Anyway back to the restaurate, the food is individually plated.

Very Fusion feel.
Not sure if it's the same wedding dinner.
